Experience and learn how you can develop and sustain successful noodle restaurant business from the principal of Yamato Noodle School (Ramen school, Udon school, and Soba school) where students are waiting for months to attend.

We are going to offer special contents on noodle restaurant business for 1 day in L.A. for 3 days from March 2nd to 4th.

We are a 39-year-old manufacturer of noodle making machines, dedicated to helping our customers to be able to serve the best possible noodles all over the world. And, we’ve offered ramen, udon, and soba noodle schools in Tokyo and Kagawa for over 12 years, teaching over 3,000 students.


This time, our principal and the author of the book, “Textbook of achieving success in Ramen, Udon, Soba Restaurants, even in Recession”, Kaoru Fujii who has helped evolved noodle restaurant industry in Japan and overseas for over 30 years is going to be in Los Angeles to give his presentation on how to develop successful noodle businesses as well as how to increase value of noodle dishes by presentation.
We also have other experts discussing issues related to operation of noodle restaurants, and workshop on noodle making techniques and more.



Each day offers different contents, and you can choose the date and attend multiple dates. Please feel free to contact us if there's any question.
